In our Napkin in Your Lap Dining class, I teach table setting skills; conversation do’s and don’ts, and what to do before you exit the dining table. Often, protocol at the dining table is absent when formal dining occurs; therefore, I will teach the proper order to serve individuals and how to properly greet people from different positions.
